**We ship research chemicals to Italy, including the 2-MMC, Dipentylone HCL, 3-FMA, O-PCE, MDMB-Butinaca, Herbal Incense-Black widow blend (MDMB butinaca), Herbal Resin (MDMB-butinaca), Pyrazolam and Lysergamides.

When your order is received and paid for before 12:00 pm (GMT+1), we can pack it and dispatch it on a ‘same-day’ basis. If you miss this cut-off point, we cannot guarantee that your order will be dispatched the same day, but we will do our best. We have been known to leave for our shipping run 30-60 minutes later, so there is no harm in getting in touch. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday or bank holidays.

3. General Shipping Information
3.1 Shipping Deadlines
To guarantee your order is shipped the same day, you must place the order and complete the payment before 12:00 (CET) – You may still get your order shipped up to 13:00 (CET) as this is the daily cut-off time for all services, but it is not a guarantee.
3.2 Delivery Timescales
As per official information from Post.NL, most services should arrive within 2-4 working days. This timeframe is subject to change over Christmas, Easter, and peak shopping, and we take no responsibility for delays caused by extreme weather conditions. Ultimately, from customer feedback, we can advise that POSTNL Tracked is the quickest and safest shipping option.
3.3 Tracking details
If a tracking number is available, this will usually be provided to you automatically via email by the shipping service we have used to ship your order.
3.4 Re-shipping of lost orders
At least one single re-ship of orders is available, provided that you have chosen a tracked or insured option (excl. the post.nl tracked option). We make no exceptions to this rule, so you must select a tracked shipping method if you want complete peace of mind. If you choose an uninsured method, we will not re-ship the order. It’s that simple.
We will re-ship your order after 14 working days. The exception is when the tracking information shows the package in a ‘customs’ type status. In that case, we will not re-ship your order. If a package is returned to us i.e. if it did not reach its intended destination, we may be in a position to issue a refund (minus any shipping costs that have been incurred). See the ‘Returns’ section in the FAQ.
3.5 Special request

3.6 Packaging and labeling
We use discreet packaging with no mention of Chemical Planet or research chemicals on the outside of the parcel. Each chemical is packed in its bag and then put together in a unique mylar foil bag to protect it on its journey to you.
Each bag has a label with the chemical name, IUPAC, Molar Mass, Molecular Formula, Batch number, amount, and disclaimers.
