Dosage and use

Ligandrol can be used for 8 weeks at a daily dose of 5 to 10mg. Ligandrol has a half-life of 24 to 36 hours, so one dose per day is sufficient. At the end of the cycle, a PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) is needed to restore testosterone levels.
